Meet your planner

Hi, I’m Pooja!

With over a decade of experience planning events, I’ve learned that the most meaningful celebrations are the ones rooted in connection, care, and intention.

My journey began in the corporate world, where I managed large-scale internal events. That gave me a rock-solid foundation in logistics and flow — but everything changed when a former colleague and friend asked me to coordinate her wedding. At the time, I was deep in the postpartum fog, trying to navigate new motherhood while figuring out who I was all over again. Her trust in me pulled me out of that haze and gave me a chance to remember what I was capable of. That day reignited a spark — the joy of creating, of supporting people through life's biggest moments — and that spark grew into this business.

I love being a mom, and I love having this business as my other baby. In so many ways, I’ve grown alongside them both — learning to lead with empathy, to hold space for others, and to trust my gut (even when things feel messy).

As a former bride myself, I know how emotional and overwhelming planning can be. I’m here to be your steady hand — someone who sees the big picture, obsesses over the small stuff, and genuinely cares about making your day feel like you. Whether it’s a wedding or a personal celebration, I’ll make sure every detail is thoughtfully handled so you can stay present and soak it all in.
